Spätzle (Swabian noodles) baked with chives, sour cream and bacon

First make the basic recipe.

You will need (for 2-3 portions):

200g sour cream
25g chives
350g bacon

Pour the cream into a saucepan. Add the chives and the bacon. Stir.

Place the sour creme into a saucepanadd the chivesadd the bacomand stir

Add the spätzle and mix well, transfer everything to an oven-proof dish and cover with grated cheese.

Bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden colour.

Now add the spätzleStir, then transfer to an oven-proof dishcover with grated cheeseBake at 200°C for approx. 15 minutes

Now serve.
