The concert is being arranged by Oberursel’s music school, and tickets cost between 10 and 15 Euros.
A classical concert is being held in the Christuskirche in Oberursel on Sunday, 6th November 2011 at 5pm.
Performing Haydn’s “Missa in Augustiis” (Nelsonmesse) and Mozart’s “Große Sinfonie in G-Moll” will be the Evangelische Kantorei from Oberursel, the Kammerphilharmonie Rhein-Main, and soloists Katharina Wollitz, Laetitia Cropp, Ralf Petrausch and Sebastian Kitzingen. The conductor will be Gunilla Pfeiffer.

A charity concert is being in Oberursel’s Grammar School (Gymnasium) in the Zeppelinstraße on Saturday, 24th September 2011 at 7pm.
The Belcanto soloists will be singing an collection of melodies from well-known operettas and musicals, accompanied by pianist Gerhard Schroth and conducted by Erika Sommer.
Entry is free but a donation is requested. The proceeds are going to the Nandri-Kinderhilfe e.V. organisation, which helps orphanages and schools in South-East India.
“Toll im Quadrat” is a revue taking place in the Klinik Hohe Mark on Friday, 9th September 2011 at 7pm.
In the revue local graphic designer and dancer Nathalie Karg will present a mixture of flamenco, film, comedy, song and dance, and will be accompanied by John “Lobito” Opheim on the guitar and flamenco matador, singer and percussionist Manuel Lojo “Ardillita”.
Entry to the revue and the accompanying “Bipolart” exhibition costs €12.
The revue is also being performed on Thursday, 8th September 2011 at 4pm in the Südbahnhof in Frankfurt. No entrance fee is being charged for this performance, which is without the exhibition.
