Tuesday night is film night at Bluebox Portstraße, located near the U-Bahn stop “Altstadt”.
As the organisation is not a commercial cinema, they are not allowed to advertise which film will be shown in advance. For Tuesday, 27th September 2016, we are told that it will be a German theatrical film. If you do want to know which film will be shown then call 06171 636930 and they will tell you.
The showing starts at 9pm.
A 3,000 step walk for senior citizens is taking place in Stierstadt on Tuesday, 27th September, 2016.
To take part, be at the bus stop “Altes Rathaus” in Stierstadt at 3pm.

The Seniorentreff in the “Altes Hospital” (Hospitalstraße 9) will be holding a breakfast buffet on Friday, 23rd September 2016 between 9am and 11am.

The annual Herbsttreiben weekend in Oberursel is being held between the 16th and 18th of September, 2016.
On these days, a handicraft market will take place on the Epinayplatz and in the Kumeliusstraße, cider will be sold on the Marktplatz at the “Ebbelwoi-Vertestigung”, whilst stalls selling French wares will be on the car park behind the Stadthalle.
Sunday, 21st September is “verkaufsoffen” and many of the shops in the town centre will be open during the afternoon, and also on Sunday a Vietnamese festival will take place in the Adenauerallee between 12pm and 6pm.

The Verbraucherzentrale (consumers’ association) will be offering individual energy saving consultations in the Rathaus in Oberursel on Thursday, 22nd September 2016.
Appointments cost €5 for 30 minutes, and €2.50 for each 15 minutes after that. They need to be arranged in advance by calling 06171 502-310.
The Seniorentreff in Oberursel will be offering a 3,000 step walk on Wednesday, 21st September 2016.
