Haben Sie schon einmal überlegt, dass die Immobilienpreise in Deutschland zu hoch sind?

Und haben Sie auch schon einmal überlegt, auf einer sonnigen Insel zu wohnen?

Dann sollten Sie einen Blick auf Lanzarote werfen, denn hier gibt es im Moment wenige Anfragen für Villen und Häuser, also Immobilien ab 300.000EUR, wie die Seite Lanzarote Guidebook berichtet – eine der größten Immobilienportale auf der Insel.

Nur 13% der Anfragen sind zur Zeit für Immobilien in dieser Größe – alle andere Anfragen sind nach Wohnungen und Studios.

Bevor Sie also in Immobilien in Deutschland investieren, überlegen Sie doch ob Sie doch nicht lieber etwas größeres auf der Insel kaufen möchten – für sich selbst, oder als Investition zum Vermieten im Bekanntenkreis.

Buying property in the Canary Islands

Have you ever considered buying a holiday flat on a sunny island?
If you have more than 300,000EUR to spare, then this may be just the time to do so.
Take Lanzarote, for example. Apparently most people are interested in looking at apartments and studios – priced below 300,000EUR, according to one of the islands largest property portals: Lanzarote Guidebook.
Anything above 300,000EUR is only attracting 13% of enquiries, so if you’re looking for something larger then you are going to be in the minority and may possibly have a good choice of properties available.
Whether you decide to move to the island on a permanent basis, or let out the property as an investment, you might get a better deal here than in some, more expensive European countries.

Emma’s Cantina Mexicana in Puerto del Carmen

I passed Emma’s Cantina Mexicana in the old part of Puerto del Carmen last year, and was tempted to go in and try it.  Unfortunately, on the evening that I was planning to go there it was closed, so I didn’t actually get to.

However, I hear it comes highly recommended, and allegedly has the only native Mexican chef on the island – which considering the number of tex-mex restaurants is quite a feat in itself.

So since I won’t be going back there myself this year, perhaps anyone who goes there could leave a short comment on this blog and tell me how it is?   Go on, make me jealous!
