But for the Hessentag, there will be two additional rules in force that may help some visitors, and it affects the Tageskarten.

Once you have decided to visit the Hessentag in Oberursel next month, you may be faced with the difficult decision of how to get there.
This week I have looked at the options available:
Each of them has their benefits, but one that may be particularly interesting is a combination of two of them, and take the bicycle on the train. That way, you can get around the town easily, but do not have the long ride to get there in the first place. [Read more…]
Since not all areas of Hessen are easily reachable by train, one of the options available is to come to the Hessentag in Oberursel by bus.
Of course, the normal bus routes that go through Oberursel will be re-routed or even split into two, resulting in line numbers with the suffix “A” and “B”.
But especially from the Taunus area there are a number of useful routes to bring visitors to the Hessentag and take them home again.
