Bus routes diverted next week

Due to the roadworks taking place at the junction of the Zimmersmühlenweg and Frankfurter Landstraße, the buses in Oberursel will be diverted to avoid the area as follows from Monday 24th to Saturday, 29th April (2017):

Route 42 travelling towards “Hauptfriedhof”, route 46 and the school bus 49 travelling towards Oberstedten will turn from the Zimmersmühlenweg into the Gablonzer Straße and use the Frankfurter Landstraße to reach the Bommersheimer Straße from where they will continue on their normal route.

School bus 47 will turn from the Oberurseler Straße into the Ludwig-Erhard-Straße and from there onto the Frankfurter Landstraße.  It will go via Bommersheim to reach the Erich-Kästner-Schule, missing out the stop “Tabaksmühlenweg”.

Route 42 travelling in towards “Weißkirchen-Ost” and route 46 to Stierstadt will travel from “An der Friedenlinde” straight into the “Lange Straße” and continue along the Homburger Landstraße, Frankfurter Landstraße and Tabaksmühlenweg, then using the Gablonzer Straße to enter the Zimmersmühlenweg.  A temporary bus stop at the corner of the Lange Straße and Burgstraße will replace the ones “An der Friedenslinde” and “Wallstraße”.  A temporary bus stop at the junction of the Homburger Landstraße and Lessingstraße will replace the stop “Bommersheimer Straße”.

School bus 49 travelling to the IGS will use a similar route once it reaches the Homburger Landstraße, and will therefore not be travelling through Bommersheim.  It will, however, be stopping at the end of the Lessingstraße.
