“Visitors” in Oberursel

Between 1940 and 1990 approximately 70,000 people visited or were stationed at Camp King (Dulag Luft) in Oberursel.

On Thursday, 24th March, 2011 Manfred Kopp will be holding a talk where he will introduce 8 of those people using photos and texts.

The talk is at the Church meeting point “Aktiv im Norden” and starts at 7.30pm.  Entry is free.

To get there by car, set your navigation equipment to “Im Rosengärtchen 37″ in Oberursel.

[highlight color=”blue”] The U-Bahn (U3) is currently not stopping at “Rosengärtchen”, so either alight at “Küpferhammer” or “Waldlust” from where it is a short walk. [/highlight]
