Oberursel’s town administration has issued a warning today for property owners who may be called by a company calling themselves “Rohrservice 24” in connection with an inspection of sewage pipes (“Sammelsichtung der Kanalrohre”).
Apparently they are claiming to have a public service contract say that owners of private property have to pay 49 Euro for the service.
The town administration and maintenance department (BSO) advise in their warning that this service has not been initiated by them and recipients of such calls should not respond to the demands being made.
Anyone unsure about the authenticity of a caller should ring the maintenance department on 06171 704-300.
