The Seniorentreff in Oberursel will be holding a flea market on Saturday, 8th February, 2014 between 9am and 1pm in the “Altes Hospital” (Hospitalstraße 9).
They will also be serving coffee, tea, cold drinks, grilled sausages and home-made waffles.

The Verbraucherzentrale (consumers’ association) will be offering individual energy saving consultations in the Rathaus in Oberursel on Thursday, 6th February, 2014.
Appointments cost €5 for 30 minutes, and €2.50 for each 15 minutes after that. They need to be arranged in advance by calling 06171 502-310.
Donate Blood

Blood can be donated at the Red Cross in Oberursel on Saturday, 8th February, 2014 between 1.30pm and 6pm. The Red Cross is located at Marxstraße 28, opposite the U-Bahn station “Lahnstraße”.
To donate you must be healthy and between 18 and 68 years of age. If you have not donated before, then you must not be over 60. You must take some form of identification with you, such as a passport, that contains a photo.

Theatre at Kunstbühne Portstrasse

The “Neue Bühne Oberursel” will be performing on stage at the Kunstbühne Portstrasse on Friday, 7th February, 2014 at 7.30pm as well as Saturday 8th at 7.30pm and Sunday 9th at 3pm.
The play is called “Mein alter Herr” and is directed by Christel Popadiuk.
Tickets cost €12 plus a booking fee and are available at the Ticket Center in the Kumeliusstraße.
The theatre is located near the U3 station “Altstadt”.
