Kamishibai Theatre performance at the library

A Kabishibai Theatre performance for children aged 3 and over will take place in Oberursel’s library on Saturday, 7th December, 2013 at 11am.
“Kabishibai” is Japanese and means “paper drama”. A story is told using a small stage and pictures on cards inserted into it.
The story on Saturday is St.Nicholas Day and afterwards the children will be able to make simple Christmas decorations.
The performance will last about 45 minutes and tickets costing €2 each are available at the library or by calling 06171 62870.

There will be a large book flea market in Oberursel’s library on between Wednesday, 27th and Saturday, 30th November 2013 with proceeds going to the library’s supporters’ association.
This market takes place on the 1st floor and has a larger selection of books than the monthly one, so there are usually foreign-language books there as well.
