A Kabishibai Theatre performance for children aged 3 and over will take place in Oberursel’s library on Saturday, 14th November, 2015 at 11am.
“Kabishibai” is Japanese and means “paper drama”. A story is told using a small stage and pictures on cards inserted into it.
The story on Saturday is “Es klopft bei Wanja in der Nacht”.
The performance will last about 45 minutes and tickets costing €2 each are available at the library or by calling 06171 62870.
The musikhalle portstrasse is holding a “Friday night Jam Session” on Friday, 13th November, 2015, at 8pm.
Blood can be donated at the Red Cross in Oberursel on Friday, 13th November 2015 between 3.30pm and 8pm. The Red Cross is located at Marxstraße 28, opposite the U-Bahn station “Lahnstraße”.
A tour of the old town (Altstadt) part of Oberursel is being offered on Saturday, 7th November, 2015 at 2pm.
There will be a book flea market in Oberursel’s library on Saturday, 7th November, 2015 between 10am and 1pm with proceeds going to the library’s supporters’ association.
