The Seniorentreff in Oberursel will be holding a Stammtisch on Friday, 29th January, 2016 between 5pm and 8.30pm in the “Altes Hospital” (Hospitalstraße 9).
The Stammtisch is a place to discuss anything and everything that those attending wish to.
A charge of €7 per person will be made to cover the cost of food and drink and due to the limited number of places reservation by telephone (06171 585333) is requested.

Frankfurt International School is holding a flea market on Saturday, 23rd January, 2016 between 11am and 2pm in the cafeteria and main hall (Aula) areas of the school.
Many families who are preparing to leave Germany use this opportunity to sell relatively new household items, meaning there are usually some bargains to be had.
There will also be a chance to buy English language books and games, but the 50 stands will be selling have clothing, toys, videos and DVDs.
Money made at the market will be donated to non-profit projects at the school.
The nearest U-Bahn station is “Waldlust” and the number 42 bus route also has a stop nearby.
The Schlenkergasse in the town centre will be closed to traffic completely in front of house number 5 on Monday, 25th January, and Tuesday, 26th January, 2016, between 8am and 6pm.
Tuesday night is film night at Bluebox Portstraße, located near the U-Bahn stop “Altstadt”.
As the organisation is not a commercial cinema, they are not allowed to advertise which film will be shown in advance. For Tuesday, 26th January, 2016, we are told that it will be a documentary. If you do want to know which film will be shown then call 06171 636930 and they will tell you.
The showing starts at 9pm.
A 3,000 step walk for senior citizens is taking place in Stierstadt on Tuesday, 26th January, 2016.
To take part, be at the bus stop “Altes Rathaus” in Stierstadt at 3pm.
The Seniorentreff in the “Altes Hospital” (Hospitalstraße 9) will be holding a breakfast buffet on Friday, 22nd January, 2016 between 9am and 11am.
To take part, register in advance by calling 06171 585333 and leave a message on the answerphone if necessary by Tuesday the week before.
The Obergasse will be closed between Monday, 18th January, and Friday, 22nd January, 2016, to allow a water pipe to be installed.
