The Altkönigstraße will be closed from Monday, 29th September until Saturday, 11th October, 2014 between the Theodor-Heuss-Straße and Borkenberg.
Traffic will be diverted along the Gerhart-Hauptmann-Straße, Kleiststraße and Brüder-Grimm-Straße.
The Schulstraße will be closed from Monday, 11th August until Wednesday, 13th August, 2014, to allow for work to take place on underground pipes in front of house number 32.
Residents will be able to access the road from either end, the one-way restriction will be lifted for the duration of the work.
The water supply in the Lorsbachstraße between the Dornbachstraße and Eichwäldchenweg is being renewed starting on Monday 21st July, 2014. The work is set to take 8 weeks.
During this time the road will by one-way travelling from the Dornbachstraße towards the Eichwäldchenweg.
The work will take place on the even-numbered side of the road, and at times it may not be possible to take vehicles in and out of drives on that side.
The Altkönigstraße has been made one-way in the area near the swimming pool to allow for resurfacing work to take place. It will remain this way until the end of August.
Traffic travelling downhill is being diverted along the Rotbornstraße, Brüder-Grimm-Straße and Theodor-Heuss-Straße.
Bus routes 42, 45, 48 and 49 are also using the diversion and so cannot stop at the “Schwimmbad” or “Theodor-Heuss-Straße” stops. A temporary bus stop is located in the Rotbornstraße.
The Altkönigstraße will be closed between the Borkenberg and Gerhard-Hauptmann-Straße from Monday, 26th May until Monday, 30th Juni, 2014, to allow for work on underground pipes to take place.
The road will be re-opened in the other direction.
Due to work taking place on water pipes and part of the pavement being replaced, the Kurmainzer Straße will be closed to traffic travelling from Steinbach to the Frankfurter Landstraße between the Mauerweg and Mauerfeldfeldstraße from Monday, 26th May, 2014 until approximately the end of September.
Traffic will be diverted instead along the Oberurseler Straße and the Ludwig-Erhard-Straße.
Bus route 251 travelling towards Nord-West-Zentrum will also be diverted and use the same routes that the 41 an 42 take, stopping at “Weißkirchen-Ost”.
The Marienbader Straße in Oberursel will be closed in front of house number 18 on Friday, 9th May, 2014 between 9am and 4pm to allow a crane to be erected.
The Gartenstraße in Stierstadt will be closed in front of house number 75 on Wednesday, 7th May, 2014 between 9am and 4pm to allow a crane to be erected.
The Altkönigstraße will be closed from Friday, 2nd May until Saturday, 17th May, 2014 between the Theodor-Heuss-Straße and Borkenberg to allow for work on underground pipes to take place.
Traffic will be diverted along the Gerhart-Hauptmann-Straße, Kleiststraße and Brüder-Grimm-Straße.
The buses will, however, be able to follow their normal route.
The Lorsbachstrasse will be closed to traffic on 30th April, 2014, between 9.30am and 13pm to allow for work to take place in front of house number 12.
