The new car park at the Urselbach behind the Stadthalle is hosting a small selection of stalls at the Christmas Market for the first time this year.

The Kurmainzerstraße, which was originally due to re-open at the end of this week, will now remain closed until Saturday, 8th December, 2012 to allow work to be completed on the bridge over the Urselbach.
The diversion via Ludwig-Erhard-Straße, Zimmersmühlenweg and Weißkirchener Straße will remain in force.
The Kurmainzer Straße in Weißkirchen is to be closed between 1st October and 30th November 2012 to allow a bridge across the Urselbach to be rebuilt.
Traffic will be diverted along the Ludwig-Erhard-Straße, Zimmersmühlenweg and Weißkirchener Straße.

The local history society (Verein für Geschichte und Heimatkunde) will be offering a tour of the Mühlenwanderweg through Oberursel on Sunday, 9th October, 2011 at 2pm.
Oberursel used to have 42 mills located along the Urselbach, and the path follows their route.
The tour starts at the Taunus Information Centre and costs €5 per person, those taking part should have sturdy footwear. It will finish at the Vortaunusmuseum in the town centre.
The local history society (Verein für Geschichte und Heimatkunde) will be offering a tour of the Mühlenwanderweg through Oberursel on Saturday, 10th September, 2011 at 2pm.
