The 26-year-old driver of a Ford Cougar was travelling along the Kurmainzer Straße last Thursday night (7th March, 2013), when his car came off the road and hit a Honda Civic.
The driver, who police describe as being drunk, was slightly injured. Police confiscated his driving license and took a blood sample.
Both cars were damaged considerably, with the damage estimated at €5,500.







Blood can be donated at the fire station in Weißkirchen (part of Oberursel) on Wednesday, 26th December, 2012 between 1.30pm and 5.30pm. The fire station is located at Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Strasse 2a.
The Kurmainzerstraße, which was originally due to re-open at the end of this week, will now remain closed until Saturday, 8th December, 2012 to allow work to be completed on the bridge over the Urselbach.
